Luxury glass for bespoke bathrooms in Wentworth Surrey home

An international interior design company based in Paris and Ireland, Clive Christian, invited us to create and install bespoke frameless glass for a prestigious bathroom scheme on the Wentworth Estate, in Virginia Water, Surrey.

The brief to Showerpower was to survey, supply and install two completely bespoke frameless glass shower enclosures for a master bathroom and guest bathroom.

The transparent, almost weightless appearance of the made-to-measure frameless glass gives each bathroom a feeling of serenity while enhancing the experience of using an exquisitely-designed space.

Elegant glass and marble

The stunning master bathroom features a bespoke two-sided glass shower enclosure and a frameless glass dividing partition separating the WC from the rest of the bathroom. The glass was made to measure and expertly fitted to the luxurious marble-clad surfaces. Showerpower also supplied the premium metal fixings to perfectly match the bathroom’s beautiful brassware.

Shaped glass around marble plinth

The guest bathroom also features a bespoke frameless glass shower enclosure and a glass partition separating the WC. One of our challenges was attaching the frameless glass partition to the glass shower enclosure. The glass also needed to be intricately shaped to fit precisely around the marble plinth and shower tray. We also supplied all the high-quality metalwork in polished nickel to match the bathroom fittings.

Unique custom-made glass and the perfect fit

We worked closely with the designers, following Showerpower’s meticulous 10-step fitting plan . Measuring, producing and installing frameless glass for shower enclosures is a highly-specialist skill. The glass was cut and shaped in our local workshops and measuring and installation undertaken by our own team of craftsmen. The result was glass shower enclosures that looked stunning and functioned perfectly.
